Our Capabilities

High-Pressure Die Casting

Our core strength lies in high-pressure die casting, a process that allows us to produce intricate aluminium components with exceptional dimensional accuracy, strength, durability, and lightweight properties. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced die-casting machines, featuring capacities of 950T, 750T, 420T, 400T, and 300T. They are semi-automated with auto-ladle features to ensure maximum output and high efficiencies.

Tooling Maintenance

Our in-house tool room, operated by skilled artisans, ensures precise die maintenance using advanced machinery such as CNC milling machines and surface grinders. This minimises downtime, allowing us to uphold the highest quality standards in our casting process, thereby guaranteeing a reliable supply of premium components. Our expert team specialises in designing custom tools and jigs to enhance precision and efficiency in production.

Finishing Solutions

We offer a robust finishing process that includes fettling, grinding, CNC drilling, tapping and shot blasting. Featuring seven hydraulic clipping press machines, ensuring precision, high quality finished products. By consolidating these services under one roof, we help you reduce the number of suppliers needed, ensuring greater consistency and efficiency.

Quality Control

We pride ourselves on producing high-quality components. By carefully monitoring the raw materials with a spectrometer throughout the production run, we ensure that the aluminium grade meets the exact specifications required by our customers.

Our final inspection team is equipped with go/no-go gauges, threaded gauges, and a vacuum testing station. Each component undergoes an intensive cleaning process to guarantee every customer receives a highquality, clean, and satisfactory product.
