Prism High-Pressure Die Casting is a fully equipped foundry focused on aluminum casting for lighting, electrical, automotive, and home appliance components. Our capabilities in high-pressure casting range from 250 to 950 tons, enabling us to produce components critical for safety, such as street lights and various electrical parts. Our expertise ensures reliable, high-quality outputs that meet stringent industry standards.

Prism CNC and Engineering PTY LTD

Specializing in precision processing, powder coating, and tool & jig making, Prism CNC and Engineering serves a diverse client base, including lighting, electrical, home appliance, and automotive sectors. Our state-of-the-art equipment and skilled workforce enable us to deliver precise, high-quality components tailored to our clients’ specific needs.

Prism Plastic Injection Moulding PTY LTD

With over 50 years of experience, Prism Plastic Injection Moulding excels in the injection moulding of engineering polymers. Our highly trained staff utilizes advanced machinery with clamping capabilities ranging from 168 to 900 tons and mould shot weights from 50 grams to 2.8 kilograms. We serve industries such as lighting, electrical, home appliances, water irrigation, and medical, ensuring high-quality, durable plastic components.

Prism Lighting PTY LTD

Prism Lighting produces specialised luminaires and illumination systems under three in-house brands:

Accende: Designed for hazardous environments such as chemical plants and industrial settings.

Spectra: Focuses on architectural lighting for public spaces, including shopping malls and hospitals.

Gerald Joseph: Offers electric plug sockets and light fixtures sold directly through retailers.

In addition to these brands, we manufacture OEM illumination systems for other lighting manufacturers, providing comprehensive lighting solutions tailored to diverse needs.
