CNC Machining
Equipped with cutting-edge CNC technology, we deliver precision-engineered components for high-volume production. Our facility houses 7 x 4-axis CNC machines, 6 x single-pallet 3-axis CNC machines, and 6 x pallet-change CNC machines. Combined with our qualified staff, these capabilities enable us to manage intricate configurations while ensuring consistent quality across large production runs. Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our fabrication services are driven by advanced equipment, including Eccentric Presses (10 to 50 tons) and roll-forming machines. This enables us to produce high-quality metal parts and assemblies efficiently, meeting the exact specifications of our clients.
Epoxy Powder Coating
We provide epoxy powder coating as an in-house service, allowing us to offer finished, ready-to-use products. This ensures seamless quality control, faster turnaround times, and enhanced durability across all components.
Tool, Jig And Die Making
As the trusted tool room for PRISM Group Holdings, our skilled in-house team consists of qualified tool, jig and die makers, and fitters and turners. We are equipped with advanced machinery, including spark erosion machines, surface grinders, tool and die cutters, precision lathes, and a 4-axis CNC milling machine. Our expertise lie in designing and engineering custom tools and jigs, which enhances the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, allowing us to meet all customer production demands.
